8 fresh or frozen peaches, peeled and sliced into thin slices
1/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/8 t. nutmeg
1 t. fresh lemon juice
2 t. corn starch

1 c. flour
1/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
6 T. butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
1/4 c. boiling water

MIX TOGETHER
3 T. white sugar
1 t. cinnamon

Preheat oven 425 degrees
In a large bowl, combine peaches through corn meal. Pour into 2 qt. baking dish. Bake 10 minutes
Meanwhile combine flour through salt. Blend in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in water until just combined.
Remove peaches from oven and drop spoonfuls of dough over them. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake until topping is golden about 30 minutes
