1 c. oleo
2 eggs
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. Quick Cooking Oats
1 1/3 c. Toffee Bits
1 c. sweetened coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Grease cookie sheet. Beat eggs, oleo, brown sugar and vanilla in large bowl. Add flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in oats, toffee and coconut. Bake 2 inches apart at 8-10 minutes or until edges are slightly brown. Let set a few minutes before removing from pan. Place on rack to cool.
