Cake:
1 pckg. yellow cake mix
1 pckg. (3 3/4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs

Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 to 3 tbsp. flour
2 to 3 tbsp. butter
Pinch of pumpkin pie spice
Pinch of cinnamon

Directions:
- Heat oven to 350º
- Mix all cake ingredients in oblong pan, scraping sides frequently
- Spread batter evenly in pan
- Drop topping in even amounts along top of cake batter
- Bake about 30 to 45 minutes (until the top springs back until touched lightly)
- Let cool and enjoy
