20 oz. frozen spinach
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
2 c. Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash of salt
crushed corn flake crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with the exception of the corn flake crumbs. Chill overnight. Make into balls and roll in crushed corn flake crumbs.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350º for 20 minutes.
