1/2 lb. sweet butter
1 egg yolk
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup almonds ground-blanched
2 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
raspberry or apricot jam
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and beat in egg yolk. Add confectioners sugar, almonds and vanilla. Mix well. Take out dough on floured board. Let rest. Later, form into crescents or balls, depending on cookie. If formed into balls, make an impression and fill with apricot or raspberry jam. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400º for 12 minutes. When cool, dust cookies with confectioners sugar.
