2 tubes (8 oz each) Crescent Rolls
1 pkg. (8oz) Cream Cheese, softened
1 8 oz container of Sour Cream
1 lb. of Ground Beef
1 envelope of Taco Seasoning Mix
1 can of sliced Olives, drained
1 medium Tomato, chopped
¾ cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
¾ cup of Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup of Shredded Lettuce

Directions:
Unroll dough & place in ungreased 15x10x1 baking pan. Flatten dough to fit pan, sealing seams & perforations. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes or until light brown; cool completely.

In small bowl, blend cream cheese & sour cream with wire whisk. Spread over crust. Chill 30 minutes.

MEANWHILE
In a skillet, brown beef; drain. Stir in taco seasoning, add water according to package directions & simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with olives, tomatoes, cheese & lettuce.
Cut & serve immediately or can refrigerate.
