1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/3 cup chopped onions
2 cans chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine hash browns, onion, chicken broth and cream of chicken soup in slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Add cream cheese and cook for 30 minutes or until cream cheese is melted. Serve with cheddar cheese and bacon.

You can use shredded or Southern-style hash browns, but the Southern-style works best.
