1 pound ground beef browned drain fat
2-14 ounce cans diced tomatoes (I like the basil oregano flavored that any will do)
1-14 ounce can diced tomatoes and green chilies
2-6 ounce cans tomato paste
3-14 ounce cans Mexican chili beans
1/4 cup molasses
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced green pepper cut into 1/2 inch chunk's
1 cup sweet red pepper cut into 1/2 inch chunk's
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1.Brown ground beef and drain fat
2. Add tomatoes, chili beans, tomato paste, and molasses
3. Bring to simmer for 20 min.
4. Add vegetables and seasoning
6. Cook an additional 20 min. until vegetables are cooked but al dente

Garnish Suggestions: fresh Rocco Wally, waster crackers, shredded cheddar cheese, fresh launcher, sour cream, and diced onions.
You can also finish in crockpot on low for four hours and skip the last 20 min. of simmering..
