1.Two boneless skinless chicken breast (four pieces split)
2. Four boneless skinless chicken thighs
3. 1 teaspoon crushed rosemary
4. 1 cup white seedless grapes cut in half
5. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
6. 1/4 cup honey
7. 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup miracle with
8. 1/2 teaspoon salt

1. Simmer chicken until done about 20 min., do not boil, it will make chicken tough. Allow chicken to sit in hot water for 20min. Test for doneness is to stick a fork in the chicken. If the liquid comes out clear not bloody, the chicken is done. Cool completely. Chill ij the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight for easier cutting.
2. Dice cooled chicken into bite size pieces.
3. Add celery, grapes, honey and Rosemary.
4. Toss with mayonnaise, until desired consistency. Add more mayo if needed. If making chicken salad ahead of time drain off excess liquid add more mayo if needed
