3 sticks butter, softened
5 eggs
1 tbsp lemon or coconut extract
3 c flour
3 c sugar
1 tsp salt
t tbsp vanilla
1 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter. Add sugar and cream until smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time. Gradually add flour and salt alternately with milk and extracts, ending with flour.
Pour into a greased tube pan and cook at 300º for 2 hours.
Start in cold oven.
