1 stick butter
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 can milk (to condense soup)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. uncooked rice
8 oz. Velveeta cheese or jar of Cheez Whiz

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw broccoli. Melt butter in skillet. Add onion and broccoli and cook for 10 minutes.
Mix soup, milk and cheese. Heat until cheese melts.
Cook rice as directed.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 13 x 9 casserole. Bake for 1 hour at 350º.
