1 pkg. hash browns (brown first)
chopped peppers and onions
chopped ham or precooked ham or sausage
shredded cheddar cheese
12 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Layer browned potatoes, onions, pepper and cheese. Make 2 layers. Beat together eggs and milk. Pour over layers. Bake uncovered at 350º for 40-45 minutes. Can mix everything but egg and milk the day before. Beat eggs, add milk, pour over right before baking.
