1 lb. steak pcs or ground beef
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 can beef broth
Dash garlic salt
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1 c.sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into pcs. pound with flour to tenderize. Melt butter in skillet. Cook meat until brown, add onion, stir in 3/4 can of beef broth, ketchup, garlic salt and salt. Cover, simmer 15 minutes. Add mushrooms. Mix flour with remaining broth and add to meat. Stir. Cook 1 minute on low heat, stir in sour cream. Heat through - do not boil. Serve over hot noodles.
