2 loaves white bread, crusts removed
16 slices Canadian back bacon/ham (rosemary ham)
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1-2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
3 c. milk
dash tabasco
1/2 c. butter
crushed cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, beat eggs and pepper. Add mustard, worcestershire sauce, milk and tabasco. Lie bread in a large buttered glass baking dish. Cover bread with bacon/ham. Cover bacon/ham with half of the cheddar cheese. Cover with another layer of bread. Pour egg mixture over and let sit overnight in the fridge. In the morning, melt butter and pour over top. Cover with crushed cornflakes. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350º
