Rub:
1 Tbsp. white sugar
1 Tbsp. Dark sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. Thyme
1 1/2 tsp. Oregano
1 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. ground sage
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
Marmalade Sauce:
1 c. orange marmalade
2 Tbsp. grated or ground Ginger
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper, each
1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil (very important)

Rub: Mix all the ingredients needed for the rub. Rub all over the Pork loin and let set out till it reaches room temperature. Cook pork in rotisserie or oven until 155º in center of meat. Test meat with a meat thermometer.
Marmalade: Heat the orange marmalade in a saucepan to break it down. Stir all ingredients together and heat in sauce pan with the marmalade sauce.
When the Pork loin has reached the internal temperature of 155º, let it rest for 10 minutes or each pound. Slice pork loin and serve topped with marmalade sauce.
Recipe can be cut in half for 2 people.
