2 T. Olive Oil or Shortening
4-6 Chicken Brest or 2-4 boneless Sirloin Pork Chops
1/3 Chopped Onion
1/4 Chopped Green Pepper
1/4 Chopped Tomato
1 T. Chopped Cilantro
1 Garlic Chopped
1 Large T. Tomato Paste or 1/4 can of Tomato Paste
2 t. Salt
1/2 t. Black Pepper
1/2 t. Black Pepper
1/2 t. Oregano
1 t. Cumin
1-2 cans Pinto Beans (Drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Put frozen chicken breasts in crockpot. Place all other ingredients over chicken. Cook on high for 6 hours. Shredded chicken and drain any liquid. Serve with warm tortillas, cheese, guacamole, shredded let's and salsa.
