2 lbs jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1" squares
2 T. olive oil
2 T. adobo seasoning
1/2 t. red pepper flakes
2 t. lime juice
Garlic, to taste

If eating immediately: Mix ingredients well and cook in a skillet on medium heat until cooked through.

If freezing: Mix all ingredients in a gallon bag, remove air, and seal. Freeze. When you're ready to eat defrost the bag in the fridge. Cook in a skillet on medium heat until cooked through.
