5-6 Tomatillos
10 jalapeño peppers
1 T salt
½ cup water
½ bunch cilantro, chopped
½ onion, diced
1 avocado, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Boil tomatillos, and puree. Boil peppers on high for 10 minutes.

Blend peppers with salt and water. Mix in remaining ingredients .

I thought I would share this with the club because we went to El Camino a few years ago and thanks to Carla Valley who organized it, we had a private room upstairs where they showed us how to make salsa and guacamole. I took these notes and never got around to sharing (oops!) until now. Note: I was frantically taking notes and started late. I might have missed an ingredient. Haven't tried this one yet.
