Notes: I thought I would share this with the club because we went to El Camino a few years ago and thanks to Carla Valley who organized it, we had a private room upstairs where they showed us how to make salsa and guacamole. I took these notes and never got around to sharing (oops!). I had an abundant crop of tomatoes from our plant and tried it. Came out great so I thought I would share. I didn't uses tomatillos because I needed to use up tomatoes. Still tastes great. It is a little spicy but you can cut back on the jalapeņos. Enjoy!
