Roast
Onion (Cut)
4 Beef Bullion Cubes or pkg of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Carrots
Potatoes
Corn
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in Crock Pot with 1 cup water and Lipton Onion soup or bullion cubes. Season with Salt and Pepper. Cook on high for 3 hours. Add Potatoes and carrots. (cut and cubed) Add enough water to cover vegetables Cook 1 1/2 hours longer. Add frozen corn about 15 minutes prior to serving and thicken with 1/2 C. water and 1/4 C. Flour. Mix well and pour into boiling stew. Stir until thick.
