1 can French Style Green Beans, drained
1 can White Kernel Shoepeg Corn, drained
1 medium Purple Onion, chopped
8 oz. Sour Cream
8 oz. Velveeta Cheese
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 stick Butter
1 sleeve Ritz Crackers
1/2 cup sliced Almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Coat 9 x 13" baking dish with non-stick spray. Layer green beans, kernel corn and onion. Mix sour cream, Velveeta Cheese, and soup. Microwave until melted, stirring as needed. Pour over vegetables.
Topping:
In mixing bowl, melt butter and stir in crushed Ritz Crackers and almonds. Spoon over vegetables. Bake at 350º until lightly browned.
