2 large Vidalia Onions, sliced
1/2 cup Butter
8 oz. Sour Cream
1/2 tsp. Dill Weed
1/4 tsp. Salt
8 oz. Cheddar Cheese, divided
15 oz. Cream Style Corn, undrained
1/2 cup Milk
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 Egg
4 drops Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions in butter. Stir in sour cream, dill, salt and 1/2 cheese. In separate bowl, combine corn, milk, muffin mix, egg and Tabasco. Put cone mixture in buttered 10" dish. Spread onion mixture over muffin mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 325º for 30-40 minutes.
Note: If Vidalia Sweet Onions are not available, add 1 tsp. sugar to onion mixture.
