3/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
3/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Pepper to taste
2 pounds chicken strips

Directions:
Directions:
soak the skewers for at least 30 minutes. Thread chicken on skewers.

Mix sauce and save half for dipping. Mix the chicken with the sauce 30 minutes before grilling. Grill over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until 165 internal temp. Baste with more sauce while cooking, if desired.
