2 lb. Ground Beef
2 C. Chopped Spinach
1 Onion Chopped
2 Cans Mushroom
6 Eggs Beaten
1 C. Mozzarella or Provolone Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Drain Spinach and Mushrooms well
In a large skillet brown Ground Beef and Onions
Add Spinach and Mushrooms, stir well.
Lower heat to medium and add eggs stirring well.
Cover and simmer until solid.
Place cheese on top cover and continue cooking until cheese has melted.
