1 Package (1 lb) Medium Raw Shrimp, Peeled and Devein
1 Package Bay Scallops
1 Package Imitation Crab
2 Cans of Minced Clams
2 cloves of Garlic, Minced
1-2 Cups Parmesan Cheese
1 Box (1 lb) Linguine Noodles
1/2 Gallon Half and Half
1 Cup White Wine
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Stick of Butter
1 Cup of Flour

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, boil salted water for pasta
In a heavy bottom sauce pan, melt butter and saute' garlic
Add Flour and stir until it bubbles
Add wine
Add half and half
Whisk until smooth
Simmer at medium heat until it thickens
Whisk in Parmesan cheese
Add shrimp and scallops and cook until cooked through
Add crab and clams with juice
Season with salt and pepper to flavor
Serve over Pasta
