8 Medium Potatoes
1 Onion (Chopped)
3 Dill Pickles (Chopped)
1/3 C. Italian Salad Dressing
5 Hard Boiled Eggs (Chopped)
1/2 C. Sour Cream
1 C. Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes and cook in boiling water until tender. Drain and cool slightly. Remove skins and cut potatoes into cubes. Add chopped onion. Pour Italian Dressing over warm potatoes and onions. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours. Add chopped pickles and eggs. Mix gently. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and chill until serving time.
