1 ½ cup Flour
½ cup Sugar
3 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
1 Egg
¼ cup Milk
Cinnamon
¼ cup Cooking oil
¾ cup Shredded or peeled apple

Topping
½ cup Packed Brown Sugar
¼ cup Flour
¼ cup Butter
Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, stir flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt together. Make a well in the center. In another bowl beat egg, milk, and oil to blend. Stir in apple. Pour into well of dry ingredients, and stir until just moistened. For the topping: In a small bowl rub sugar, flour and butter together until crumbly. Fill muffin tins ¾ full with muffin mix. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes.
