2 Tbsp Neilsons cocoa
1 cup White Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/8 tsp Salt
1 cup Cream
1 Tbsp Butter
½ tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first four ingredients in a thick pot. Add the next two ingredients. Bring to boil stirring occasionally boil slowly until soft ball stage 230 F. Remove from heat and add ½ tsp vanilla. Set into cold water for 5 min. (do not stir now). Remove and beat until thick and loses glossy appearance (~5 minutes). Spread on buttered pan then put in fridge.
