1 Tbsp Oil
3/4 cup Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp Rice wine vinegar

1/4 cup Orange Juice
1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Season ribs with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, shaking off excess. Brown ribs in oil over medium high heat and transfer to slow cooker.
Combine soy, vinegar, garlic, lemon, ginger, brown sugar, water, oj, and hoisin and pour over ribs. Set slow cooker to low and cook for 10 hours (We did this overnight then refridgerated entire crock pot during the day so the fat rises and can scoop it off)
Transfer ribs to oven proof dish, pour sauce over ribs and heat at 350 until hot. Can thicken sauce in saucepan with tsp of corn starch first if desired.
