2 lbs. Pork Steak
Black Pepper
Flour
12 oz. Jar of Heinz Pork Gravy
2 Eggs
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Bread Crumbs (packaged)
4 Tablespoons Butter
1 cup Chicken Stock
1/3 cup Milk
6-8 Wood Skewers

Directions:
1. Cut Pork Steak into 1" squares - a pain in the Butt
2. Preheat oven to 325º
3. Place pork on the skewers
4. Season the kabobs with salt and pepper
5. Dredge the kabobs in flour
6. Mix and beat the 2 eggs & milk
7. Dip kabobs in egg mixture and roll in the bread crumbs
8. Heat 4 tablespoons of butter to medium high and brown the kabobs in a braising pan 2-3 minutes per side, set aside
9. In a clean Dutch oven, add chicken stock and 6 oz. pork gravy, place the browned kabobs into the Dutch oven and cover. Be sure not crown the pan.
10. Place in the oven, middle rack, bake for 1 1/2 hours.
11. Serve and enjoy.
