Ingredients:  
Put in crock pot any cut of roast-(can be a very cheap one)
One package dry French Onion Soup
Salt and Pepper to your liking
3/4 c. water

BBQ SAUCE
2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Cook on low all day-8AM-5PM. Remove meat and pull apart with a fork. Serve with BBQ Sauce or discard dippings from roast and combine with BBQ Sauce. Add as much as you like, depending on if you want it thick or just coated. Keep warm on low in crock pot and serve with buns.
BBQ SAUCE
Combine all ingredients and simmer for 1 hour over low heat. Serve with brisket or on burgers/chicken. I usually make a double or triple recipe of this and store in refrigerator. Keeps for months.
