1 1/2 lbs. Cod fillets
3 beaten lg. egg whites
6 oz. salt and vinegar potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450
Line a large baking sheet with foil; spray generously with nonstick spray. Dip 1 1/2 lbs of cod fillets cut into strips into egg whites
Then into the crushed potato chips
Arrange on prepared pan
Spray fish with nonstick spray
Bake @ 450º for 12 minutes
Sprinkle with Salt
