1 16 oz Everfresh cranberry Juice
1/2 pint Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey
1 pack of ribs (Beef or Pork)
1 stick butter
1 c brown sugar
1 c white sugar (optional)
1 onion chopped
Montreal Steak season

Directions:
Directions:
Season ribs with Montreal steak seasoning. Garnish ribs with chopped onion. Place in oven at 350 degrees. In a medium sauce pan add cranberry apple juice, sugars,and butter. mix over low heat pour in bourbon let simmer until most of the whiskey burns off.

Remove ribs from the oven after desired tenderness has been reached. Pour off any liquid that is in the pan. Pour cranberry mixture on top of the ribs return to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes.

Note:
This is a great slow cooker recipe if you want you could use the cranberry mixture as an overnight marinade and slow cook the ribs for 4 to 6 hours . I think the slower cooker style is the best way to cook the ribs.
