1 16 ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 5 ounce fat free, sugar-free package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 15 ounce can solid pack pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together instant vanilla pudding mix, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice.
2. Fold in the thawed frozen whipped topping.
3. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
4. Serve with vanilla wafers or graham crackers.

Two additional ways to serve pumpkin fluff are:

1. Spread this into a graham cracker crust and let sit, then slice, or
2. Put in a parfait glass and layer with fat-free cool-whip and top with graham cracker crumbs.
