Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. italian or gluten free bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Form into meatballs about the size of a 50 cent piece.

The difference with these meatballs is that you don't cook them before you put them in the sauce. You put them in the hot sauce and let them cook for 2 hrs. Stir gently often from the bottom of the pan to prevent scorching. Delicious!!

You could probably put them in the crock pot, but normally I don't like spaghetti sauce cooked a long time in the crock pot because it gets really salty so I just make these when I have time to give them 2 hours.
