2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced (you can also use one cuke and one zucchini)
1 medium onion, sliced
1/4 cup white vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the vinegar, sugar, and salt until smooth. Add it to the vegetables and let it marinate for 2 hours or more before serving.
