1 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup sugar
dash cinnamon
2 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 cup milk
2 tblsp. melted margarine
1 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 3/4 cup boiling water

Mix first eight ingredients together. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and pour on top. Bake at 350ºF for 30-45 minutes or until centre is firm.
