1 can of sweet corn
1 can pinto beans
1 can black-eyed peas
1 can jalapeņos (chopped)
1 c. chopped celery
1 medium red onion (chopped)
(Dressing)
1 c. sugar
1 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
For Dressing, add all ingredients to a sauce pan, bring to a boil until sugar dissolves then let cool to room temperature again.
Open all cans, DRAIN WELL, (I dry them on a paper towel)
Mix all vegetables in a bowl, pour cooled dressing over vegetables .
Marinate for at least 24 hours...the longer it sits, the better it starts to taste!
