"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 tins mini dinner rolls
2 sticks butter, melted
3 T. prepared mustard
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. poppy seeds
1 medium onion, chopped fine
½ lb. mozzarella, sliced
1 package thin sliced sandwich ham

Directions:
Directions:
Slice rolls in half to make two layers.* Mix together butter, onions, poppy seeds, mustard, and Worcestershire. Spread half on bottom layer of rolls. Top with meat and cheese. Replace top layer of rolls. Cover bread with remaining butter mixture. Heat in 375°F oven until hot and cheese melts. Slice with bread knife along each roll (or along 2-roll sections if you're feeling generous!).

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
*I've found the easiest way to slice the rolls is to use an electric knife. Then I keep it handy to use for slicing the sandwiches when they're finished.
