6 med or large Potatoes
1/2 C. Milk
2 T. Butter
1T. Parsley
8oz Cream Cheese
1 t. Onion Salt
Ground Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and Cook Potatoes with skins. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Cool and cut potatoes in half length wise and remove cooked potato. Mash potato with cream cheese, milk, onion salt, butter, parsley and pepper. Put mixture in skins and sprinkle with Parmesan or cheddar cheese. Broil until cheese has melted.
