1 lb fresh Spinach
1 T. Garlic Salt
1/2 C. Oil (Olive Oil)
1/4 C. Lemon Juice
Dash Pepper
1/4 C. Vinegar
1/2 t. Salt
1/4 C. Parmesan Cheese
2 hard-Cooked Eggs
6 slices of Crisp cooked Bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, dry thoroughly and discard stems. Tear pieces into salad bowl. Chill. Combine oil, garlic and heat. Add vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper and cheese. Cool before serving. Coat spinach garnish with eggs and bacon. Add a bit more cheese if desired.
