1/2 c shortening
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
1 c mashed bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1/2 c milk
3 c flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar, add eggs, beat.
Add bananas, milk and vanilla.
Stir.
Add flour and baking powder; stir.
Add nuts and stir once again.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375º for 15 minutes, approximately
