1/2 c. butter, room temp
2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
3 c. powdered sugar, sift if lumpy
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk or cream
1 tsp. coffee crystals

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and cocoa. Add vanilla andcoffee. Add in 2 c. sugar and part of milk or cream. Beat until smooth. Add remaining sugar and cream. Beat until spreading consistency.
