1 Can Salmon
2 T. Melted Butter
2 Egg Yolks
Salt and Pepper
1/4 C. Cream
1/2 C. Crumbs
1 tsp. Parsley
1 T. Lemon Juice
2 Egg Whites, Beaten Stiffly

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients well and fold in egg whites in last. Mold into loaf and place in buttered baking dish that is placed in a larger pan of water.

Bake 1 hour. No oven temperature indicated. Try 350 degrees.
