Balsamic Vinegar
Olive oil
Purchased or home made basil pesto
If desired, mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Combine in a jar with a lid:
approximately 1/2 vinegar to 1/2 oil
several Tbsp. pesto
tsp. mustard

Shake until mixed. Will keep on the counter for many days.

Has evolved into the family stand-by. I do not put in the refrigerator as the olive oil gets very thick.
