1 lb. Spaghetti or Linguini
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. Mild Italian sausage ( ground)
1 can Tomato Paste
1 onion chopped
Seasoned Pepper
Lawry Salt
1 lb. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Shredded Parmesan
Marinara sauce ( see my recipe in this cookbook)
Or Use Rao’s

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta and drain saving 1/2 cup of pasta water
Sauté onion in a small amount of olive oil
Add chopped meat and sausage and seasonings and tomato paste
Cook through and drain
Mix with pasta adding in Marinara sauce
Add 1/2 the Mozzarella and some Parmesan
Stir well
Put 1/2 in casserole and then some more Mozzarella and some sauce
Repeat again ending with a sprinkle of Parmesan
Bake in oven until cheese is melted and casserole is hot
