1 yellow cake mix
1 can crushed pineapple, 20 oz
1 cup sugar
1 pkg vanilla pudding mix, 6 oz cook and serve
1 cup whipped topping
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to directions and bake in a 13 x 9 prepared pan. Combine pineapple and sugar in saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool slightly. When cake has cooled poke holes in it with a fork. Spoon pineapple mixture over cake.
Prepare vanilla pudding mix according to package directions. When cooled spread over cake. Chill. Just before serving cover with whipped topping. For garnish can sprinkle with lightly toasted flaked coconut. Refrigerate
