1 package Pillsbury crescent rolls
Brie Cheese (1/4 round)
Raspberry syrup or seedless jam
1/4 cup toasted almonds or sesame seeds
1 egg
1 Tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix water and egg. Set aside.

Unfold 1/2 of the crescent rolls (4 rolls) and pinch together the seams. Trim the white top, bottom and end of brie if desired. Enclose the brie in the crescent rolls. Brush the top with egg and water mixture. Sprinkle nuts or sesame seeds on the top.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden. Serve with crackers and warmed raspberry syrup or jam.
