1 egg yolk
1 tsp. honey
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. sugar
2 drops lemon essential oil

Beat egg yolk. Add honey and oil, stirring well. Stir in sugar. Mix in the lemon essential oil. Massage into clean, damp hands, including nail bed and between fingers. Relax for five minutes, then rinse. Follow with a coat of water-based polish on your nails.
