2 lb. ground meat
2 8oz. cans tomato sauce
1 can Italian tomatoes, undrained
1 tsp. salt
1/2 t. pepper
garlic salt, to taste
minced onion( dump in)
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
parsley flakes ( 3 piles)
lasagna noodles
2 pkg shreaded mozzerella cheese
1 pkg. sliced mozerella cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c. Parmasian cheese
2 small cartons of small curd cottage cheese

Directions:

Brown beef and garlic; blend in 1 can of tomato sauce, Italian tomatoes, salt, pepper, onion, some parsley flakes, basil and oregano. Simmer for 1-2 hours; cook noodles or use the no cook noodles. Mix all ingredients for the filling except the sliced cheese. Take one slice of the mozzarella cheese, tear up in small pieces and add to the filling mixture,saving the rest.To assemble, put enough sauce on the bottom of the casserole dish, to cover. Add a layer of noodles; more sauce, cheese filling, more sauce, noodles, sauce, sliced mozzarella cheese. Cover with a 8 oz. can of tomato sauce, lots of parsley flakes and lots of Parmesan Bake until bubbly at 350º
